about us

Michigan Summit:  Blueprint for Change is about rebuilding Michigan with visionary ideas and people power from the ground up.  Frustrated with the slow pace of change and political gridlock?  2010 Michigan Summit is the place where democracy will come alive as Michiganders join to create the change Michigan needs.

Michigan Summit: Blueprint for Change is where you will join with savvy policy wonks, leading lawmakers, student scholars, movement professionals and hard working activists  in confronting Michigan’s toughest challenges with solutions that work for Michigan’s families and communities.

Through an open process of dialogue and debate you will help decide what policies and initiatives should be priorities in creating jobs, good schools, better government, strong communities and cleaner air and water.  Then you will share skills, make connections, and learn about how we will put Michigan’s Blueprint for Change into action.

Registration will begin at 8:00 AM on June 12, and the first session will start at 9:00AM.
