With the internet being a powerful tool, and money being scarce. Why not stat a web site for people to trade services or goods. Maybe someone in another state needs Michigan goods or wants to vacation in Michigan or is moving to MIchigan and has speical skills employers here need. Maybe it’s far fetched but it’s a way to help small businesses suceed when business and profits are low.
